Our goal is to provide services that are flexible in meeting individuals’ needs for sustainable employment and self-reliance. These services are designed to assist people living with disabilities who are interested in increasing work skills, finding a job, or volunteering in the community. A disability can be a condition you were born with, a learning disability, a mental health condition, a brain injury, being deaf or hard of hearing, loss of mobility, a lost limb, or a permanent injury acquired from an accident, the list goes on.
Our goal is to provide support to both the Job Seeker and the Employer by creating a new job that is customized to the individual needs of the Job Seeker while also meeting the needs of the Employer.
