Description:  

We are 5 Star Fly Fishing lodge located just outside of Thornhill.  We are seeking a qualified, experienced chef to join our amazing team.

We are seeking an experienced chef that would work rotating all positions to give the other chefs days off. 2 days breakfast/lunch, 2 days dinner, 1 day prep shift. 2 days off per week.

Skills/Education/Experience Requested:

·         Culinary diploma or certificate.

·         Red Seal Chef, preferred.

·         Food Safe Certification.

·         2+ years’ experience in menu planning and execution.

·         Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining, preferred.
